Seating begins 1st of March


The seating will begin the 1st of March, at 6pm CET, for groups of 30 or more. Read on for further details.

Seating:

1st of March, 6pm CET - Groups of 30 or more

3rd of March, 6pm CET - Groups of 10 or more

5th of March, 6pm CET - Seating is open for everyone.

29th of March, 10pm CET - Seating will be closed, and you will not be able to change your seat.
If you have not selected a seat you will still be able to do so.

We are currently working on a map of the arena which will give you a rough idea of what places will be extra hot or cold and what areas will be extra noisy. This map will be released before the seating starts.

Refund-deadline

Participants who wish to refund their ticket(s), must do so before the 8th of March, at PartyTicket.net .

How to pick a seater:

  • Log on to Partyticket.net - Choose "The Gathering 2010"
  • Click on "Your Account" - Find the ticket named "The Gathering 2010 ticket", and press the number to the left of it.

  • At this screen you can choose "Pick new seater", and you will get a new screen with a search field.

  • Enter the nick, name or e-mail of the person you want as your seater, click search, and choose the correct person from the list.

  • You have now chosen a seater for your ticket. If you change your mind, or picked the wrong person, you can change this at any given time by repeating the steps above.
