Great news everyone! The lottery is now closed, the draw has been made and all participants has been assigned places in the queue. If you still want to visit The Gathering, don't panic. You can still enter the ticket-queue and will most probably be able to buy tickets for TG08. Prices

This year we will offer two different types of tickets. The normal ticket will cost 800,- (+ticket fee) and will include a membership in KANDU. More information about KANDU and why a membership is beneficial in more ways than a cheaper ticket is available together with an overview on how the ticketprices are constructed by following the "read more"-link at the bottom of this article. If you do not wish to become a member of KANDU but still visit TG08 this is of course possible but you will have to pay slightly more for your ticket.

We also have some good news for all you foreigners who plan to visit TG08. Special tickets with a reduced price (400,- NOK) are available in our shop. Please note that you will need prove that you're eligble for these tickets by providing copies of travel-documents like airplane/train-tickets and a valid ID. If you're not a norwegian citizen, or a norwegian citizen living outside Scandinavia (ie. not in Norway, Sweden, Denmark or Finland) please apply for a Foreigner-ticket in our shop.

Payment

When it is your turn to enter the shop you will have to complete your purchase within 72 hours or you'll need to re-enter the queue. You can choose between paying for your tickets with VISA/Mastercard or use online banking. If you choose to pay your ticket(s) through your bank your payment must be registered within 14 days after purchase or your order will be deleted.

KANDU

KANDU (Kreativ Aktiv Norsk DataUngdom) has since it's beginning in 1996 been the mother-organization behind TG. It's goal is to promote creative use of computers as a hobby through hosting large events like The Gathering as well as smaller, more casual parties (who sometimes includes beer) in their offices in Oslo. As a member of KANDU you have the right to stand for election for positions in KANDUs administrative board, to vote in their general meeting and you will have access to events hosted by KANDU.
