When and where

We will close entries for the contest at 12:00 on Friday the 3rd of April. Pre-selection (by the judges) will commence 16:00 before the show will take place at 18:00 on the MAIN STAGE.

How

Rules and signup for the cosplay contest can be found here. You are required to upload one reference photo of the character you will be cosplaying as well as one of you wearing your cosplay costume. You can upload/change a photo of you wearing your cosplay until 12:00 on Friday the 3rd of April. We will also have a photographer in place that can assist you with this on the contest day.

Prizes and awards

Prizes for the cosplay contest can be found here. Please note that the subcategories will be publicly announced the day of the contest.

Judges and host

To judge the competition we have invited three dedicated cosplayers; Wirat, Karin and Kairi. Toni, also an experienced cosplayer will be our host, read mote about her here. Kairi can also be found in the Creative Lounge for the whole event as a mentor.

Wardrobe and storing

Wardrobes will be available to all the contestants before and after the cosplay contest. Instructions how to get there from the Creative Lounge can be found below, or just come by and we will guide you there. They will be open around noon until midnight.

We also allow contestants to store equipment and other stuff in a separate storage space. Only registered contestants for the cosplay contest are allowed to use the storage space. If you want to store anything, please come to the info desk in the Creative Lounge, and we will help you.
