1. Make friends! If more people are watching your desk, the lesser the chance of theft.
2. Don't leave loose objects openly on your desk, bring them with you if you can.
3. Pack your things in bags, crates etc. when you're not at your desk. If you have a sleeping bag, you can store some things in the bottom of it while you sleep.
With a hall filled with lots of expensive equipment, someone might get tempted. We've gathered a few tips to help you secure your belongings and surroundings.

There's been several cases of stolen computers, cell phones and keyboards over the years. Some are lucky and get their things returned to them, others are not so fortunate. We encourage everyone to keep an eye out for any suspicious behaviour, and if you see someone steal something and/or have been a victim of theft, please alert the crew immediately.
