Olav Undheim aka Creo of 4k, won the Warcraft 3 compo at The Gathering, where the prize were 7000 NOK, and a ticket to Seattle, to the World Cyber Games 2007.

Sunday night he won the WC3 final in Seattle

Professional player

He won the compo at The Gathering as a result of taking a year away from school, to play WC3 as a professional. He traveled to many of the biggest WC3 competitions in the world, espacially in China, France and Germany.

After the victory at The Gathering he decided to go back to his studies, and he was an "inactive gamer" for about two months before he traveled to Seattle to compete against the best players in the world. He started particing only one week before the World Cyber Games.

20 000 dollars

In the WCG Qualification group, the match was pretty easy, eventhough he lost his first match against the polish player sLh. He ended second in the group and went to the final stages, where he showed no mercy and defeated one big player after the other. Players like xiaOt and XyLigan went down, and in the final, the chinese player Sky was one number too small.

Olav Creolophus Undheim won the competition that is considered as the World Championship of WC3. The prize in the WCG was 20 000 dollars, 110 000 NOK.

Gathering.org sends all of our congratulations to Olav Undheim, and we are looking forward to see you at The Gathering 2008.
