The Gathering 2007 Still Puzzled?

At arrival - update

If you arrive the TG location by car, please follow the directions given by security to the parking lot entrance farthest from the arena.

If you're driving in the opposite direction of the arena, please use the roundabout at the end of the road to change directions. When you arrive at the parking lot, you will be directed by security to either short time parking (max 10 mins, and the driver must stay in the car!), or long time parking. If your have a handicap parking permit, are arriving by taxi/bus, or if you're a sponsor, please use the regular parking entrance for further instructions.

Registration will be by the gates outside of the arena. After registration, carry your equipment through the south entrance. The main entrance will temporarily be used as the exit only, but after the registration process is finished, it will be open for both entering and exiting of the arena.

Den ordinære innkjøringsfeltet (midtdrabatt) blir sperret slik at vi forlenger køen til TG gjennom hele veien og rundkjøringen og tilbake til borterste innkjøring på plassen.

Buss/taxi/handicap/sponsor kjører inn vanlige innkjøringen over på den store asfaltplassen ved siden av skipet, alle andre kjører inn bortre innkjøring. Her møtes og informeres de av vaktene, før de enten slues inn i kø mot avlossingsområdet (maks 10 min, fører MÅ bli VED bilen), eller til parkering.

All utkjøring foregår der vi tidligere kjørte inn, og siden veien er sperret i midten der må alle kjøre nordover når de har kjørt ut.

Innrykket i seg selv foregår som tidligere år ved registrering ved bodene ute, inngang i sør med utstyr, og ut i hovedinngangen.
