Visitor tickets

There have been some changes to how visitor tickets work this year, so please read this information carefully.

You do not have to pay a deposit to enter the arena. 

Visitor tickets can be bought on Thursday, Friday and Saturday during the event. These tickets allow you to stay in the venue until 07:30 the next morning. (See prices to the right)

Unless you are buying the 3-day pass, which will grant you access Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

To save time when you arrive we encourage everyone who plan to visit us to register in Geekevents beforehand.

You need to be connected to a participant or crew member to buy a visitor ticket. The person you know must meet you at the entrance on arrival. Each participant or crew member can only have two visitors at a time.

The exception is families, see more information below. 

However, if you do not know anyone at The Gathering but want to come in and look, contact the reception and they will help you.

Please note that as a visitor you cannot bring any equipment to or from the arena and you will not get your own seat in the venue.

Family ticket

You all have to be members of the same family to be entitled to the family ticket, the ticket will include all members of the family.
