How the invite demo was made with Liam S. Crouch and Jo Emil Holen

Wednesday from 18:00 to 19:00
Liam S. Crouch and Jo Emil Holen will give a short introduction to demos and will walk you through the concepts in the invite for TG14, seen from a coder's point of view. You are welcome to chat with us after the presentation for details. You should know a bit about programming, but it is not a requirement.

Photography with Kim Kverneland

Thursday from 12:00 to 16:00
This workshop will give you an introduction to how you can use natural light sources to get a good photo. Afterwards, there will be a photo walk where we take a tour around the ship to photograph interesting things. The workshop will end with part 2 (in the lounge after the walk at 15:00) that explains how to do some post processing to achieve good results and a great photo! You may deliver your photo afterwards in order to win a prize! 

AI Programming with Illy Binfield

Thursday from 13:00 to 15:00
Illy will give us an insight into the world of artificial intelligence with a focus on pathfinding. The pathfinding algorithm we will have a look at is called A*. We will try out the A* algorithm by using some half finished JavaScript code that is handed out.

Drawing a Portrait with June Jenssen

Thursday from 16:00 to 18:00
June will demonstrate two different methods on how to draw/paint a portrait in Photoshop. She will hand out her sketch if you want to follow her work, or you can base her lesson on one of your own sketches. You may deliver your work at the end of the workshop and perhaps win a prize! 

Programming 101 with Liam S. Crouch and Jo Emil Holen

Liam S. Crouch and Jo Emil Holen will give an introduction to programming and it's principles. They will go through basic concepts that most languages have in common. Yu are also welcome to chat with us after the presentation for more details. The talk will be very newcomer friendly, so this is a chance to learn something new and interesting! 

Make your own multicopter - part 1

Introduction to multicopters and how you can make the. We will try to make one ourselves in part 2. 

How to make a Chrome Extension with Michael Johansen

Friday 12:00 to 14:00
Do you wanna clear out all the b.s. in the news? Do you want to fetch anything on the internet to yourself with a hotkey? Do you want to learn HTML/CSS/JS? Join our workshop and make your first Chrome Extension and deliver it in our small competition. It's not hard. If you know a little, it's quite easy. If you don't know anything - just have to come! 

Tips & Tricks in Photoshop with Wictoria Nordgård

Friday from 14:00 to 16:00
Wictoria Nordgård will learn you some useful tips and tricks in Photoshop, like how to make your own brushes. This workshop is suited for people with no or little previous experience in Photoshop. Bring your own device or use our workstations in the lounge! Deliver what you have made during this workshop and you may win a prize!

2D animation with Knut Håland

Friday from 16:00 to 18:00
Knut will show you how to do 2D animation. You may use your animation software of choice, or use what the lounge has to offer. Afterwards you may deliver you animation and perhaps win a prize! 

3D sculptures with Kim Strandli

Saturday from 12:00 to 14:00 
Kim will show us how he made his rendered graphics entry for TG13. He will round off by handing out a 3D-model of a face that the participants can play around with in Sculptris.
