Remix

As last year, we have allied ourselves with an artist. We give you all the sound clips that were used to create their song. This year you will get a whole month to put your own touch to the song. You can use any tool you have.

The general rules apply to this competition. Please read them.

Which song do I remix?

This year's Remix competition is presented by Universal Music. The track you'll remix is "Nights" by Torgny.

How do I participate?

• You need to make a remix of an original track
• Your track needs to have recognizable elements from the original track
• Use a quality encoder with high bitrate settings. Then your track will definitely sound better on the sound system.
• Your track can only have a play time of maximum 3 minutes and 17 seconds.  

What do I deliver? 

• MP3 with ID3-tag (192kbps or better)
• MP3/WAV-teaser (max 15 sec). Will be used for voting.

How do I win?

A jury will select a maximum of 15 of the delivered entries. These entries will be played in the compo show and it will be possible to vote for them. The winners will be chosen by a comination of public and jury votes.
