Visitor ticket

There have been some changes to how visitor tickets work this year, so please read this information carefully.

As one of the changes this year, you do not have to pay a deposit to enter the arena. 

Visitor tickets will can be bought on Thursday, Friday and Saturday during the event. These tickets allow you to stay in the venue until 07:30 the next morning.

Only visitors who are connected to a participant or crew member are able to buy a visitor ticket. The person you know must meet you at the entrance on arrival. Each particiapant or crew member can only bring two visitors at a time. The exception is families, see more information below. 

However, if you do not know anyone at The Gathering, but still want to come and look, contact the reception and they will help you.

Please note that as a visitor you cannot bring any equipment to or from the arena and you will not get your own seat in the venue.

Family ticket

You all have to be a member of the same family to be entitled to the family ticket and the ticket then includes all members of the family.
