Digital Sculpting in Zbrush

In this session you will get a introduction to the most powerful digital sculpting tool within the movie and game industry.

During this seminar

Øyvind will go trough the basics of the zbrush interface and talk about why Zbrush is so different from other 3D programs. Zbrush is a program that many artists consider the easiest and fastest way to be digitally creative in three dimensions. You will learn which brushes to use and for which purpose. He will teach you his sculpturing techniques and show how you can get started with your very own organic Zbrush bust.

In the last bit of the session, Øyvind will talk about the long way to become a digital artist. An artist doesn't get good at art over night, they practice. He will talk about anatomy and the importance of referencing the world around us.

Photoshop Speedpaint Session

Anne Marte won last years Freestyle Graphics with her "Babe Runner", this year she will show us how she works and thinks while doing a speedpaint session.

Photoshop Speedpaint Session

Wictoria landed the 1st place Freestyle Graphics with her "Sirens" in 2009, this year she will show us how she works and thinks during a speedpaint session.
