Reminder: Deadline for ticket refunds

If you are refunding any tickets, make sure you do so within Sunday 22 March 12:00 CET (noon - not midnight!). After that time Partyticket (PTN) will no longer accept any refunds.
To be able to refund your ticket you must remove the user and seater from the ticket first. After PTN has stopped accepting refunds, ticket sales outside PTN are tolerated, as long as you play by the rules. We also have some friendly advice for you.
Buying or selling a ticket outside PTN?
If you buy a ticket outside PTN you may not pay the PTN charge.
A ticket with a bundled KANDU membership costs NOK 740, and a ticket for people who do not wish to join KANDU costs NOK 1000. Buying for less than the regular price is naturally permitted, but you may NOT charge more than the specified amounts. In that case we will consider the transaction scalping, and the owner will risk losing the tickets.
The PTN charge should not be paid by the buyer, only the amount refundable by PTN is permitted. This is because the seller should not benefit from selling outside PTN.
We recommend that you only buy tickets from people you know and trust, but permit buying from strangers. A lot of sellers are honest, but a few are unfortunately also dishonest. We therefore have some advice for you:
- Confirm that the seller actually has a ticket by making him set you as user for the ticket. This way you will also be able to see whether the ticket includes a KANDU membership or not.
- Store as much documentation on the deal as you possibly can. Prefer communication via e-mail, and keep both the ones you send and the ones you receive.
- Avoid paying for the ticket in advance, use a bank transfer instead. This way the bank can confirm that the money has been transferred.
