Når du kommer til Vikingskipet har The Gathering's sikkerhetspersonell, i samarbeid med politiet, satt opp et godt skiltet system.

Systemet er basert på mange års erfaring. Vennligst respekter anvisninger fra sikkerhetspersonalet, da vil det gå raskt og smertefritt for alle.

På parkeringsplassen får man to valg:
De som skal være lenger enn 10 minutter og de som skal være der kortere. Vi har, som i tidligere år, en hurtigparkering for dere som kun skal lesse av. Vennligst respekter følgende regler:

• Maksimum 10 minutters opphold
• Sjåføren må bli ved bilen

Buss og taxi

Taxier og busser blir guidet inn til et eget område. Vårt sikkerhetspersonell plukker disse ut fra køen.

Utstyr

Det vil være et eget område hvor du kan plassere utstyret før du går og registrerer deg.

Arrival

With a Car

When you arrive at Vikingskipet,The Gatherings own security staff, in cooperation with the local poilce, will have set up signs.

The signs are based on years of experience. Please follow instructions from the Security staff and we will all enjoy a fairly quick and painless entrance.

On the parking area you will get two choices:
The ones who are staying for longer than 10 minutes, and the one who are staying shorter. As earlier years, we have a speed-parking slot so you can have the option of quick unloading and be off. Pleace respect the following rules:

• Maximum of 10 minutes stay
• The driver needs to stay at the car

Bus and taxi

Taxis and buses will be guided into their own area. They will both be picked up in the queue by our security staff..

Equipment

There will be a designated area where you can place your belongings while registering your arrival.
