The Gathering 2007 Still Puzzled?

Please note that all commercial activities (sales, advertisements etc.) within the party-area must be pre-approved. If you are coming to The Gathering, you are not allowed to sell merchandise or promote commercial entities without getting an approval from the TG organizers in advance.

This is a strict rule and you must contact us in advance if you plan to:

• sell goods or services
• promote commercial entities
• host any type of competition with prizes of significant value
• host any type of competition that promotes a 3rd party vendor

All commercial activity not pre-approved will be shut down. If the offense is repeated, the offending party will be forced to leave the event. No compensation will be given for the remaining time of the event, and if the offense is severe enough, the offender will be banned from future events.

The reason for this rule is that The Gathering, as a non-profit organization, is highly dependent upon our sponsors and partners to arrange the worlds greatest computer-party, and non-approved commercial activity will damage this cause.

By entering the premises of The Gathering you agree to conduct yourself in a manner that adheres to this, and not to personally seek gain from such activities on the expense of the event itself.
